    Apply perfumes or beauty products before wearing. Remove jewelry during activities like cleaning, sports, swimming, or gardening to prevent damage and chemical reactions with gemstones. Taking off your jewelry over your bed prevents an accidental fall onto the hard floor. When not wearing, store jewelry in a soft pouch away from chemicals, sunlight or heat / cold. Most of all, enjoy your new jewels, and wear them in good health and happiness.

  • Our hand-stitched jewelry is made from the highest quality materials, but it is plated. To preserve its beauty and durability:

    • Avoid water: Do not wear while sleeping, showering, exercising, or in a pool/sauna/beach.

    • Minimize exposure: Hairsprays, lotions, colognes, and perfumes can alter the natural state of the beads.

    • Proper handling: Always take off your jewelry over a bed.

  • Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for Mara Labell Designs Jewelry.

    Quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities. However, jewelry is naturally delicate and may require repairs over time. If you need a repair, please email Concierge@MaraLabell.com with the following details:

    • Name

    • Address

    • Date of Purchase

    • Description of the repair issue

    • Photo of the damaged piece

    You will receive a Repair Authorization Number, which must be clearly labeled on your package.

    • Manufacturer Defects: Repairs due to manufacturing defects are free of charge within 120 days of purchase.

    • Other Repairs: Repairs after 120 days, or those caused by misuse, will incur a repair fee at the customer's expense. Each repair request will be assessed individually.
